In 2006, Founder and President of AVEI, Thomas Lee, was moved by the senseless and tragic death of a high school student in Platte Canyon, Colorado. During a visit to the school, Lee offered to donate a comprehensive security system. This donation, the first of its kind in the State, provides extensive security and surveillance technology to Platte Canyon High School, Middle School and Elementary school – thereby, providing local law enforcement and school personnel with state of the art technology.

Letters

To Whomever Helped Give:

I just want to thank you for your gracious gift of cameras to the Platte Canyon School District.
My husband works in the district and our son currently attends the elementary school.

I am impressed by your concern for others, over the expectation of financial profit.  I happen to use the Bible as my reference point, and you are following an important Biblical maxim to esteem others as "greater than yourself"... and "to love your neighbor as yourself."

Thank you so very much.  May God bless you,
Jenny

First I want to state "Thank You" for what you are doing for the Bailey School district!  I saw your story last evening and was over-joyed that there are people and business leaders out there like yourself.

Platte Canyon School District Director of Technology, Wayne Howard:

“The resolution on these color cameras is amazing.  Color is a must for any security system and the capacity for storage.  What Lee is giving us in storage is just phenomenal.”
